Are there any hidden charges beyond the fee shown?
No hidden charges whatsoever. The fee you see includes all study materials, live class platform access, student app access, practice tests, mock exams, and software licenses. The only additional cost would be if you opt for the NATA+JEE combo.
Is the installment option interest-free?
Yes, absolutely! Our installment plans are completely interest-free. We offer them to make quality education accessible. You pay the same total amount whether you pay in full or in installments.
Can I get a refund if my child decides not to continue?
Yes, we have a transparent refund policy. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. You will receive a 70% refund (30% is deducted to cover digital platform subscriptions and learning tool licenses already purchased for the student). After 24 hours, no refund is possible as we immediately invest in setting up your child's digital learning environment including platform subscriptions and tool access.
What if my child misses a class?
All classes are recorded and available in your student dashboard. Students can watch missed sessions anytime. Additionally, teachers are available for doubt-clearing sessions to ensure no student falls behind.
